Great Lakes 3D Relief Wood Epoxy Art | Lakes Travel Gift

The real contours of Great Lakes are precision-carved into this relief map, faithful down to the depth data. Great Lakes is the largest group of freshwater lakes on Earth by total area. No borders are shown on the map just the Great Lakes. Beginning with the raw elevation data and ending with a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Every piece is crafted from maple that we locally source through Gagnon Lumber, a family-owned sawmill committed to sustainable timberland management. The real wood means no two pieces are ever quite identical. As a gift, that's what makes it stand out: a piece of art built from a real place, not a generic keepsake. The blue metallic epoxy "water" is hand-poured into the carved terrain. A unique gift for anyone whose best memories are tied to time on the water.
